iTunes Control is an application that adds functionality to iTunes. The application is small in size, but, more importantly, it doesn't use many of your system resources. For Windows users it is often a nightmare to run iTunes because of how long it takes to run when it is not already in the RAM memory. Opening another application would seem not really recommendable. But iTunes Control takes care of that by reducing the amount of data that it loads into memory. Once loaded, though, the application will be really beneficial. It will add hotkeys to mostly every function of iTunes, so that you can access them easily. iTunes Control will also show a lot of information about the tracks playing. It will also allow you to change the iTunes window title on top of it to the track that is playing. That is pretty much everything it does. But the 30+ hotkeys that it enables are terribly worth it for heavy users. You can configure the application to open iTunes automatically and close it too, or you can do it manually.
